Affordable Housing Lottery - 131 Eliot Street

The Hendries at Central Station, located at 131 Eliot Street, has four affordable housing units available for homeownership. These units were a condition of the Special Permit issued by the Milton Planning Board on February 2, 2017.

Applications are due Friday, November 24th, 2023. Applications can be submitted online at www.HendriesLottery.com. 

There will be an online information session on Wednesday, October 25th, 2023 @ 12:00 PM. Attendance at the information session is not required. It will be recorded and posted to the website.
